Chef
Silverio Avenancio (right) was born in Vieques, married a Culebrense, studied
Culinary Arts at Florida International University. He was the Sous
Chef at Club Seabourne and Executive Chef of Bili Restaurant in
Vieques and Macaroni Grill in Orlando Florida, before joining Bahía
Marina as Executive Chef of its three restaurants a year ago.
His signature dish is chicken breast stuffed with
"amarillo", chorizo and white cheese. His cuisine has been
featured in El Nuevo Dia Culinary Section and Manjares Magazine.
