Why rent a Caribbean villa when you can own one? Do you like the Caribbean? Can you imagine every day with sun? How would you like to own INCOME property in Culebra? Amazingly you do not have to pay taxes on the income generated by your villa for ten years. There is another big incentive to buy - 10% of the purchase price, which can be deducted from your taxes.
