Arriving in Culebra is part of the fun and adventure. Flying from San Juan is about 20-25 minutes, from Fajardo it is approximately 11 minutes, and the ferry from Fajardo is an hour and 15 minutes.

Isla Grande airport is next to the San Juan Bay and Old San Juan, the San Juan International airport is in Isla Verde, (metropolitan area). The Fajardo Airport is an hour and a half drive from the metropolitan area, on the east end of the island.

You may also ride the passenger ferry from Fajardo to Culebra, (know as the lancha) or the cargo ferry.
